AD908JQ is a factory prefabricated shielded interconnection cable dedicated to Foxboro I/A Series Compact 200 analog FBM modules (FBM201D/FBM201E/FBM203/FBM208), used to connect the rear signal interface of FBM modular baseplate to DIN rail-mounted passive TA termination assembly, separating cabinet internal control wiring and field external sensor wiring for standardized cabinet marshalling layout.
Distinguished from AD916CC (37Pin for mixed digital/analog FBM240/FBM206), AD908JQ adopts 25Pin D-SUB specification exclusively for 8-channel analog input/output modules, fully matching pin definition of voltage, RTD and HART analog signals. The cable core uses multi-group twisted pair independent shielding + full outer copper braided shielding double anti-interference structure, effectively suppresses power frequency, inverter and motor electromagnetic noise, ensuring stable transmission of millivolt, low voltage and HART weak analog signals without crosstalk drift.
Outer sheath adopts LSZH low-smoke zero halogen flame retardant material, resistant to high temperature, humidity and weak corrosive volatile gas inside DCS control cabinets; both ends use injection-molded reinforced connector shells with built-in strain relief to prevent loose contact caused by long-term cabinet vibration and cable pulling.
